Returns
Materials purchased by individuals (including home school educators) may be returned within 30 days of invoice date if unused, unmarked, and in salable condition.
Materials purchased by a school building or district may be returned within 10 months of the invoice date if unused, unmarked, and in salable condition.
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED FOR ALL RETURNS. Please direct written request to the Customer Service Center, or call 800-462-6595 for instructions. To ensure the proper and timely crediting of your account, please have ready a copy of your invoice and the title, price, and quantity of books to be returned.
