In general, F.O.B. shipping point (whether a HMH facility or a third party facility) is the least expensive method. Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. F.O.B. destination is calculated by taking the wholesale school price and adding 10%. Please allow three weeks for normal delivery. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
